This workshop is 2.5 hours on the Art of Introspection. As with all irony, it is the turning away from the festivities of the group and seeking solitude and isolation that we cure our loneliness. Here, in the quiet of one’s Self we find the true gifts of the creative fulfillment offered in the energetic of the season, and in this a new mind-body balance.

We meet outside under a canopy of shade, dappled with sunshine and combine ritual circle with educated insight and lecture to help you understand Mindbody health and choices you have to reset and renew your Self. Merrill shows you simple ways to eat, move, meditate, think and work with hands-on practices to create greater balance and ease on your journey, physical, emotional and spiritual.
