“Figuring out what you want is often the hardest part,” -Masterr Maniferster Heather Keane

What do I want and what is in the way of me claiming it?

What do I want and how do I get there?

How do I trust myself, after such loss, betrayal, failure?

These are no small questions, and finding answers to them is no small task. In ancient cultures there were tools, ceremonies and leaders devoted to leading individuals through and across the thresholds of their lives, from one stage into the next. The medicine wheel was one tool employed to teach just how we embody and navigate season, cycles, change. Entire communities were educated on the importance, the essentiality, of embracing these tools, riuals and rights of passage. Together they preserved culture, identity, health and the earth itself.

In a workshop called Vision, Merrill draws on numerous tools offered across the spectrum of alternatives to lead individuals back home. Home to themselves, home to their purpose, home to the womb that always knew what he/she needed and how to go. Nothing short of an exercise in reclaiming your power, these hours spent in circle and community help you remember the script of your life, make edits and re-write it again.
